Our Building Services team is at the forefront of delivering innovative, sustainable, and technically complex engineering solutions across the UK. As we continue to expand our presence, we are keen to connect with talented Electrical and Mechanical Engineers at all career stages, from early-career professionals through to Senior and Principal level specialists.

As part of our growing team, you’ll collaborate with highly skilled engineers, designers, and project specialists, delivering critical infrastructure and facilities that support national security and operational resilience. You’ll have the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while contributing to environments that make a real difference.

Our Building Services portfolio spans a diverse range of sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial developments. Building on this strong foundation, we are also investing significantly in the growth of our Defence sector, creating exciting opportunities to work on secure and complex projects that demand innovative engineering solutions and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Depending on your experience and aspirations, future opportunities could involve:

  • Delivering Electrical or Mechanical Building Services designs across various projects of varying scale and complexity.
  • Leading multidisciplinary MEP projects from concept through to completion.
  • Managing project teams, resources, programmes, and budgets to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and wider design teams to develop integrated engineering solutions.
  • Championing innovation, sustainability, and best practice in building services design.
  • Mentoring and developing junior engineers while supporting the growth of the wider team.
  • Contributing to the continued expansion and success of our business. 

About You:

  • Relevant qualification such as HNC, HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in an appropriate engineering discipline.
  • Experience delivering Mechanical or Electrical Building Services design projects within the UK.
  • Knowledge and experience of BIM processes and digital design tools, including Revit.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment.
  • Most importantly, we’re looking for engineers who are passionate about solving complex challenges and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
