We're seeking a talented and experienced BIM Manager to join our dynamic and growing team in the heart of London. You'll play a pivotal role in driving BIM implementation across a diverse portfolio of exciting building projects, from concept to completion.

As a BIM Manager, you'll develop, implement, and oversee BIM protocols and standards across all building projects. You'll champion the adoption of new technologies and workflows to enhance project efficiency and quality while mentoring and guiding the project teams on BIM best practices, ensuring consistent application and upskilling.

You'll work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless BIM integration and data exchange. You'll maintain the highest standards of BIM model accuracy, integrity, and compliance and you’ll stay ahead of industry trends and explore new tools and methodologies to push the boundaries of BIM.

 

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:-
 
  • A relevant degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit, Building SMART Professional Certification) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Manager within a consultancy or architectural/engineering practice, specifically on building projects.
  • A solid understanding of building systems, construction methods, and architectural/engineering design principles. You'll be comfortable with data management, model federation, and conducting regular model health checks and audits.
  • In-depth knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of BIM model accuracy, integrity, and compliance with project and company requirements.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the BIM space.
