The Opportunity

  • Full Time Permanent Position
  • Based in Reading or Birmingham
  • Hybrid Working: 3 days per week in the office.
 

Attracting talent is vital to the future success of achieving our growth plans at Stantec and now we have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join us and play a key role in Talent Acquisition team.

Working as part of a busy team, you’ll support our recruiters in finding and hiring the best talent. This is a varied and fast paced role. You will support our team with coordination duties such as scheduling interviewing’s, managing large datasets and posting job adverts. 

You will produce periodic reporting and undertake data analysis. You will issue contracts and manage the onboarding of candidates, ensuring compliance and governance are in place. 

You'll enjoy a great variety of work, where no two days are the same.

 

About You

With great communication skills and a strong sense of urgency, you will act as a ‘conductor’ to help drive effective activity within our team.  You will have proven administration experience, ideally within a HR or Talent Acquisition environment.

You are pro-active, methodical and thorough with good attention to detail. You pride yourself on being responsive, and are interested in working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, particularly face to face and over the telephone is important.  A passion for Talent Acquisition is a must.
